I was not aware that men faced zero risk. A man knows that every single time a pregnancy can result. He has no say as to whether or not she aborts or decides to keep there baby. But he is in try hook for 18 years of child support. The only method to avoid that is to flee and live the life of a fugitive. He loses driving and professional licenses, gets wages and tax returns garnished, and can lose a passport. If he objects he is told to keep his pants zipped or gets vasectomy if he doesn’t want to risk the consequences of sex.
Only women get an option of a sex life with an escape hatch on the potential consequences.
So in reality, do they really want sex on the same terms as men?
A case could be made the current child support laws, especially outside marriage, violate "equal protection".
