Wisconsin's status as a political battleground has increased for the 2024 election.

According to a new Marquette Law School Poll released Wednesday, registered voters are evenly split between the candidates in the races for President of the United States, as well as the U.S. Senate race in Wisconsin.

Among registered voters polled by Marquette, Republican former President Donald Trump gained 51% support, while Democratic President Joe Biden received 49%. Among likely voters also, Trump is the choice of 51% and Biden of 49%.

When adding additional candidates, among all registered voters, Trump received support of 41%, with Biden at 40%, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 13%, Green Party candidate Jill Stein 3%, and Cornel West 2%.

In the U.S. Senate race, Democratic Sen. Tammy Baldwin is supported by 52%, while Republican challenger Eric Hovde received 47% support among registered voters. Among likely voters, the race is a tie, with 50% for both Baldwin and Hovde.

The U.S. Senate totals include initially undecided voters who were then asked who they would pick if they had to. The initial results among registered voters were Baldwin 44%, Hovde 37%, and 18% undecided.

Overall, the poll found enthusiasm for voting among Wisconsin registered voters is lower now than in the March 2020 poll. In this survey, 47% say they are "very enthusiastic" about voting. Four years ago, 67% were "very enthusiastic."

In March 2020, 12% of Wisconsin registered voters were "not too" or "not at all" enthusiastic about voting. In this poll, 30% are in those two categories.

When asked about seven issues most important to registered voters, 33% said the economy, 21% immigration and border security, 13% abortion policy, 11% Medicare and Social Security, 6% foreign relations, 5% healthcare, 2% Israel-Gaza war.

Republicans were more likely to rate the economy and immigration as the most important issues, while Democrats put abortion policy as their top concern, followed by the economy and Medicare and Social Security.

The survey was conducted April 3-10, 2024, interviewing 814 Wisconsin registered voters, with a margin of error of +/-4.8 percentage points. Of the full sample, 736 are considered likely voters, and the margin of error for that group is +/-5 percentage points.

This is amazing news! Hovde is a Madison land developer, but is a relative unknown in politics compared to Tammy, who only cares about Veterans when she’s forced to. Hovde is also independently wealthy, so hard to buy off. (Like Trump, Ron Johnson, etc.) Tammy was foisted upon Wisconsin via outside money.

Tammy has actually been running TV ads for the first time that I can remember. She’s concerned. And, GOOD! :)

Sad ... WI Repubs put livelihood and country first, while WI Dems put baby murdering and personal benefits first.

:-(

Few polling organizations are reliable in any event but I, simply, can’t imagine that there’s even a contest! Are people really so “stupid” that they would, actually, vote for Biden? Duh, yeah!

Thank Diana

Marquette isn’t a bad poll, but it tilts a little Democrat. If we’re ahead in the Prez and tied in the Sen in this poll, we’re in good shape. Admittedly, it’s early.

I see the Green Party is on the ballot, and I’m pretty sure RFK Jr will get on in Wisconsin. I’m not hearing anything from Cornel West regarding Wisconsin. In 2020, the Green Party candidate and Kanye West weren’t on the ballot. That was when deadline and checking signatures counted. We might’ve won the state if those two were on the ballot.

Check out this guy Cornel West. He is so far wacky left, I can only imagine him drawing votes from Biden.

Democrats put abortion policy as their top concern

So they don’t care about their country or their Constitution, just Abortion rights. Let the people be murdered, the economy fail, let the wars rage. Just give us Abortion on demand, that’s there priority. Sadly, democrats top priority is a State Issue, not even Federal anymore.

“Let it all burn, we just need abortion”...... Democrats

Be weary of polls but seeing Trump consistently hitting 50+ in multiple polls for multiple months is good. Too bad he’s getting absolutely no support from elected Repukes anywhere.

I don’t see Americans winning many elections in that African colony anymore. Wakandans outnumber the White Panthers now and many of them got the hell out of town. All hell is gonna break loose once their saviour JB starts handing out “reparations” checks. With all the money in their pockets, those jokers are going to eat so much they’ll be exploding like ticks.

On Tuesday, April 4th, 2024 Wisconsin PATRIOTS voted to make two amendments to our State Constitution.

1. No OUTSIDE MONEY is allowed for Wisconsin Elections. (Re: Zuckerbucks)

2. Only ELECTED OFFICIALS can run/manage elections in Wisconsin. No outside interlopers - which is what we got along with the Zuckerbucks!

So PROUD of my fellow Wisconsinites!

These amendments, along with making ballot drop boxes ILLEGAL in our state, firming up mail-in balloting, as well as adding HUNDREDS of Conservative Poll Workers and THOUSANDS of Conservative Poll Watchers to the mix and we have a good shot at bringing Wisconsin back to President in Exile Trump.

Also, we're arresting and trying people for Election Tampering: "'Jury finds former Milwaukee election official guilty of obtaining fake absentee ballots.' Kimberly Zapata, who argued that she was trying to expose vulnerabilities in the state’s election system, faces up to five years in prison when she's sentenced in May." (Look up her name if you want all the details. She's going to PRISON in May.

And we've accomplished all of this in the past three years! I'm not seeing other 'swing states' taking these kinds of actions, so this will do nothing but help the situation with STOLEN elections. We ARE fighting back!

On, Wisconsin! :)

Unfortunately, the gap between abortion and the other issues is too wide to make a difference for Democraps.

Hovde should get all over Tammy Baldwin for yesterday's multiple votes in Senate to squash the trial for ever-treasonous Mayorkas. Disgusting in my opinion. However, even on FOX last night several said that impeachment was just payback for Trump's 2 impeachments.

I'm so disgusted with any of the republicans not standing up for 3 1/2 years now with the ILLEGAL immigrants flooding this country.

And VOS is not our friend. Hopefully he will help get Hovde elected. He hates Trump.

I live 20 minutes south of the Wisconsin border in Illinois. Nearly the whole state is republican except for the twin cesspools of Madison and Milwaukee. That’s where the vote fraud is most rampant.
