Your point about Christianity in this country is spot on. "Our Constitution is designed only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for any other." -- John Adams
But, I would strike "White" from your sentiment. After all it was the white Christians from the north that fought and died to free the black Christians from the south. True Christians are literally the least racist people in the world. Problem is, not everyone claiming to be a Christian really is one, so the waters get muddy.

You can replace white with “western” since I think the problem is more cultural than genetic. People from alien cultures aren’t going to care too much what happens to America sure they can be assimilated but that doesn’t happen over night and America doesn’t seem to care too much about even trying

The problem is not with the Constitution, but rather with the blatant disregard for it without consequences.
While our founders were clearly against the establishment of a state religion, they were also very clear in their mandate requiring federal office holders to take a solemn oath.
A devout person takes an oath with the understanding there may be existential, eternal repercussions for violating it. A person without moral compunction, views an oath as a mere formality and stepping stone to access power.
I suspect that if you asked any person in congress or any executive branch officer holder to repeat their oath, a very small percentage would be able to recall exactly what they were sworn to do.
