Hey....... I suffered the lethargic blahs for years. No energy, long afternoon naps, don’t give a damn etc etc.

Could you share more of you B12 regime? For example, one or multiple doses per day? Subliminal? Total quantity? I have read there’s no overdose with B12.
Looks like red meat, cheese and eggs are good sources. Since those are my primary foods...
