UV is more dangerous than people realize. Cataracts and destruction and degradation of materials are just the beginning. If you want a tan go outside.
If you want infrared, there are tons of IR heaters on the market.........

Near IR stimulating cellular melatonin production.Red light therapy is useful for reducing inflammation by suppressing TLR4. Sunlight on bare skin offers similar benefits when possible. Not an option in Winter temperatures.
