That house had been vacant for a while, Right? Probably not so much work when someone is there to stay ahead of it. The house is so CUTE and the view of the mountains (foothills?) is wonderful. :)

At closing on my other farm the new owner said, ‘Can’t wait to get out my chainsaw!’ about my old HOME! He was going to decapitate MY SHRUBBERY CHILDREN? In all honesty, the ugly Yews across the front needed to go decades ago. I shut up, took his money and RAN, LOL!

I’ve been past it a few times, since. It looks wonderful and they’re taking very good care of the property. :)

I think the relo company had the property since September. I suspect they had someone cutting the grass, but once it stopped growing, no one was doing anything with the yard, including picking up 'sticks'.

I think we have enough grass for a cow ... this is about 1/3 of the back property, side front yard at the house starts at the top of the hill.
