The ‘Single Bullet Theory’ wasn’t believable then and it isn’t now. I was 8 years old, almost 9, and I didn’t believe it......................
Do you think LBJ was in on it? We’ve certainly all seen the famous foto of LBJ winking at someone during his hastily-arranged swearing-in.
That day changed my life too. I had volunteered at Republican headquarters and was the best fundraiser they ever had, even though I was just 26. The head of the state Republican Party took me to lunch, was offering me a job at state Republican headquarters, which would mean moving there. We sat at a table with full view of the TV set when Walter Cronkite came on to announce JFK was shot. Some live footage was shown.
All I wanted to do was get home to my little kids, and he did too. End of my political career, and probably all for the best.
Actually, I met JFK when I was 18, was assistant to famous photographer who was Jackie’s favorite. Friend Peggy and I were at Dem National Convention, where she worked for.a photographer too. Our parents had met photographer and knew we’d be OK.
I saw a YouTube years ago where some guy got the same Rifle and ammo that Oswald had. The guy tried multiple times to recreate the magic bullet. It is impossible.
That said I don’t believe that we will ever find out the truth. However it is undeniable that LBJ had other political opponents killed before.
