I have canceled appointments when I discovered I was to see a diversity hire.

Like Didn’t Earn It (”DEI”) today, affirmative action was always about hiring and promoting blacks in spite of their relatively inferior performance and qualifications.
It’s weirder than hell. The negroes have convinced crackers to hate themselves. Whitey college “students” are just dumb enough to buy into that crap.
I did a double take on the freeway yesterday when I drove by a billboard with a picture of a black woman on it, advertising “equity maternity care” at a local hospital. WHAT???!!!
Yep, reverse racism. Pretty soon white people will be able to demand reparations from black folks for their racism towards us and the damage they are causing white folks (ie getting them fired, burning down their properties in riots, doxing them etc etc etc.)

Well, maybe it was established like that in the 1960s, but it quickly morphed into using the ludicrous notion that emphasized a bias outcome, not equal opportunity.
This is all in Xi Jinping’s agenda or America.
