This 'Toon' gave me an idea. Rather than have the Attorney Generals of various states file Amicus Briefs and let the Law grind away at a snails pace , why not have Texas sue New York directly? Such cases go straight to the Supreme Court.
The theory in this filing is that Letita James lawsuit against Trump is an assault on the Rule of Law in America. If allowed to stand it will do irreparable damage to the faith an credit of the United States and therefore investors will look to other countries to make thier investments.
