Last year when I went to the City of Bozeman, MT Business office to pay my yearly Business License fee of $50.00 I had to wait behind a man who was awaiting his bill (probably a builder paying fees for permits, etc.)...

I know very little about ships but shouldn’t a harbor pilot be on the bridge at this point?
Would they let someone unfamiliar with Baltimore Harbor pilot a ship this big in the wee hours of the morning?
Notice the thick black smoke coming from the ship before the collision. Might be diesel exhaust from the screws being in full reverse?

Aw gee. I’m fresh out of prayers since I’m praying for the people here, friends and family having trouble, and those who weren’t actively advocating for my imprisonment because I didn’t want a medical treatment. Oh well. Too bad for him.
