Georgia Judge Scott McAfee decreed on Friday that Fulton County Fani Willis need not be disqualified from her case against President Donald Trump, though for the case to continue, either her office (including her) or her former lover and counsel Nathan Wade must withdraw. The judge noted the “appearance of impropriety” found by Trump co-defendant Mike Roman, which has led to weeks of stunning moments in a Georgia courtroom. It is anticipated Willis will opt for Wade’s dismissal as her own exit would stall the proceedings indefinitely.

So obvious perjury by a DA is ok with this judge...at least in this case for some reason.

So it is OK for only one CORRUPT prosecutor to be on the case, but not two.

Buy more ammo.

“So obvious perjury by a DA is ok with this judge...at least in this case for some reason.”

The judge isn’t a prosecutor. He can refer it but can’t prosecute it himself.

This is pure BS , what kind of justice is this? This case must be thrown out! This judge is a partisan a$$wipe ,who shouldn’t be even close to a court room.

Someone needs to leak the 12,000 text messages they exchanged.

This allows for an appeal.

Willis played the race card and this Judge gave her a pass. A white DA would be indicted for lying on the stand and theft of public money.

Bye bye, Loverboy...corrupt, arrogant, incompetent Fannypack continues.
.
The judge thinks he’s split the baby in half, but he’s only sh*t all over himself.

Why wouldn’t their actions make them witnesses on the case, eligible to be called by the defense. It seems to me. They would have an argument that they only brought the charges against Trump to benefit financially. And if so, how could she prosecute the case, if she is a witness.

wade still has to agree to go quietly. as it stands, he is being made a scapegoat of sorts. what if wade’s ego won’t let him go quietly? wade could still claim workplace sexual harassment and milk the county for more money.

People’s magical thinking about Trump’s court cases just has to stop.

No judge or politician is going to stop the train, and the strategy has to bear that in mind.

He is going to be in Chapter 11 to forestall the seizure of assets under the civil judgments — possibly within weeks, and very likely before the summer.

He is going to be convicted of multiple felonies well before the election. More likely than not he’ll be placed under house arrest pending appeal. There’s a decent chance that his release conditions will prohibit access to electronics, meaning that he won’t be able to campaign other than in handwritten letters.

If folks haven’t noticed, this is the modern version of “mob rule”.

The judge making these rulings is terrified of the consequences of ruling against the prosecution. He just washed his hands of the whole thing.

Can’t wait to see the lynching party. 🙄
