People’s magical thinking about Trump’s court cases just has to stop.

No judge or politician is going to stop the train, and the strategy has to bear that in mind.

He is going to be in Chapter 11 to forestall the seizure of assets under the civil judgments — possibly within weeks, and very likely before the summer.

He is going to be convicted of multiple felonies well before the election. More likely than not he’ll be placed under house arrest pending appeal. There’s a decent chance that his release conditions will prohibit access to electronics, meaning that he won’t be able to campaign other than in handwritten letters.

I think it’s prudent to assume that this is by and large true. If this is the case, how does Trump and the campaign deal with it?

This is the end for the Republic, and the interference in the election is now obvious to most voters (more than 55% agree). Doubling down isn’t going to convince anyone, in fact it will harden everyone to the system and force people to begin contemplating how the national divorce will occur. Every democrat walks, even when they are actively engaged in espionage, and every conservative gets maximum penalty for minor infraction. Even Jan 6th itself, and the committee who claimed so much, appears to be so politically compromised, that they were unable to follow any ethics or make public exculpatory information. The consequences of the above decisions aren’t really just going to be one election cycle. You are correct, judges are obviously incapable of standing up to do the right thing, and the fallout will be way past your prediction and your best ‘magical thinking’ in suffering for the people. Some will call it Judgement, I will call it cause and effect, the deep state plan have been pushed and no judge is brave enough to say that: 1) it’s unjust 2) his civil rights were violated 3) Is’t disproportionate 4) Its’ repetitive setups easily tracked 5) It prevents adequate representation of the people 6) It’s dangerous to the nation.

Breaking up of the US isn’t ‘magical thinking’ it is the inevitable result of what’s happening. What I used to believe as unthinkable, will quickly become inevitable. Trump walks or doesn’t walk, the damage is accumulating to quickly to the system and perhaps a judge with a smidgen of integrity could save the nation, but it won’t happen.

Hell is coming. My advice is to start ‘magically thinking’ for a miracle, an honest judge, or a SCOTUS that’s intelligent enough to see the danger. IMHO
