Fox News' Juan Williams made an interesting claim about the continued existence of racism in the wake of the Charleston, S.C, shootings.
"The polls indicate this, that white people think that black people are less intelligent," Williams said on the June 22, 2015, edition of The Five. "They think they’re less trustworthy, less patriotic. At some point you’ve got to deal with these root issues."

When my kids were little, our favorite babysitter. Doris, was also Black.
But of course I have to think they are dumb and untrustworthy.
Other than Justice Thomas, Candace Owens, Thomas Sowell and a handful of others, all famous blacks in the U.S. are foaming at the mouth idiots. Maybe if the normal black people with normal ideas were allowed to be heard it wouldn’t be so easy to assume all blacks are as stupid and corrupt as Big Fanni, JJ, Hank Johnson and Maxine Waters.

there is a difference between intelligence and education, and stats can quickly show you if certain groups have far less education than other groups for whatever reason.
And if you are part of a group that commits the vast majority of crimes.. yeah.. people are going to think you are more untrustworthy.

On average are blacks less intelligent? Or are the testing methodologies biased?
IQ tests always make me laugh, because I can recall in high school they gave us one and one of the questions had 2 men in space suits on the moon trying to communicate, one was using a light and the other was using a bell... well the teacher left the room and some of the students started discussing this problem and what was the right answer.
The logic argued was the bell would be harder to hear because they had on helmets so it must be the light... So those that listened go the question correct, but got it correct for the wrong reasons. (With no atmosphere/air sound won’t travel, so the bell is useless). So, while I don’t doubt you can test IQ, and that IQ is a measurable thing, it also became blindingly apparent that IQ tests themselves have flaws.
I think you take a kid from a inner city dumbed down school and administer him an IQ tests, he’s going to score generally poorer than an equivalent kid educated in a suburban or rural school, on average, and certainly lower than a kid educated in a private school where high expectations are the norm.
So, are blacks generally lower IQ? Or suffering from other issues social or educational issues.. My personal opinion is likely BOTH.. but which is the bigger contributor to their poor performance? I’d say likely their poorer education.
I suspect, that if you could actually get rid of these other issues, you would find the actual intellectual ability deviation is not nearly as pronounced, but does still exist to a certain extent on the macro.
Same can be said of whites vs asians... asians always score higher on average on IQ tests, but is it intelligence or social/societal issues. Their societies and cultures do not accept dumbed down expectations, they almost exclusively have 2 parent households and schooling and excellence is generally a high priority and expected... If you could normalize these I would bet the IQ differential between whites and asians would probably still exist, but to a much lesser degree.

As far as intelligence tests are concerned I believe that they only measure certain facets of intelligence. It’s like using somebody’s time in running the 100 yard dash and using that as a measure of total athletic ability. Sure speed is a major asset in sports but many without it still excel depending on the sport.
And what do black people think about white people?
You need to add that black culture frowns on “acting white” and that, sadly, includes getting an education, working hard, showing up on time (or at all), being respectful of bosses and elders, containing rage, etc.
Our University professor, back in 1972, told us that back in the antebellum days it was said blacks had less intelligence and even had a “scientific” name for it. I don’t remember the name.
They could tell the slaves to hoe a row of cotton to get the weeds out of it, and come back and find the cotton chopped down and the weeds left.
Back in the plantation mansion they would discuss how dumb the slaves were.
In the slave quarters they would be saying “We sure fixed his wagon didn’t we!”
In agriculture class back in 1962, our teacher told us that blacks had a smaller brain cavity due to excess bone and said any anatomy class would prove it when sawing into the skull. I never checked it out.
When getting my physical(1966) for military many of the blacks failed the intelligence course. They had to take the tests over again. Were they really dumb or just trying to get listed as 4-F? Lots of whites also “failed” and were rejected. One had eaten a 5 lb bag of sugar which showed up as diabetes and was rejected.
Well I do agree that Dems and their policies have been detrimental to black people. You are putting all black people in the same basket and that is just wrong. There are many good black people out there.
