animal fat - to tell the mind food has been found
veggies - to take up space in the stomach

Not sure who she is, but....it sucks to have to depend on a fake/artificial drug, to lose weight.
So many other HEALTHY and safe options.
I know someone who was/is on this horrid drug and she looks absolutely ill. So sad.

Are you suggesting she try snacking on him? 🤣
To: Brian Griffin
It’s odd that she seems confused that coming off a drug creates a reaction.

Just picking on her for the MFing.
I honestly have no clue who she is.
Why a 29 year old has 70 lbs to lose is beyond me.
Why anyone would be influenced by an obese, foul mouthed woman is beyond me.
I have become old.

We should just copy the lifestyle of Americans back in the '60s.
Maybe we should smoke cigarettes again. At least we'll be thinner. 🚬

I called for the 70’s model diet.
Cocaine, Tab, and Marlboro Lights.
It wasn’t accepted.

I haven't a clue either who she is or why she has lost 70 pounds already & still has more to lose. She is looking for snacks, so I thought you were making a suggestion for her. 🤣
I too am getting old. 😋 👍
To: Brian Griffin
Grass fed beef, fresh fruit and veggies, chicken and fish.
Fast 18 hours every day. Drink coffee if the urge to snack kicks in.
The weight comes off petty quickly, about 5 to 7 lbs each week.

After a snack or meal, brush your teeth and drink some water.

Bring back amphetamines! They worked great and my house got REALLY clean.
Too bad some people overdid it & ruined it for the rest of us.

My only living aunt, in her 90s, smoked, ate whatever she wanted and always sunbathed. By all accounts she “should” have been the first to go. But she’s still kicking, and sharp as a tack.

That’s funny, my oldest was too. Daily scotch(es).

Obviously she needs to get back on the Ozempic. Why am I the only one who can see the obvious solution?
