My only living aunt, in her 90s, smoked, ate whatever she wanted and always sunbathed. By all accounts she “should” have been the first to go. But she’s still kicking, and sharp as a tack.

I recommend the SIEGE OF LENINGRAD diet. Certainly less costly.
