California proposes zero down, no payment home 'loans' for illegal immigrants

With the reinforcement of the Texas Border, illegal immigrants are now redirecting to the California and Arizona borders, highlighting concerns that the state’s provision of healthcare and unemployment benefits to illegal immigrants could become even more costly and bring more illegal immigrants to the state.

(The Center Square) - California lawmakers proposed expanding the state’s zero-down, no payment home “loan” program to illegal immigrants. Due to lack of housing production relative to population and demand, California currently ranks 49th in housing units per resident, resulting in high home prices.

“Assembly Bill 1840 is an insult to California citizens who are being left behind and priced out of homeownership,” said State Sen. Briah Dahle, R-Bieber, in a statement. “I'm all for helping first-time homebuyers, but give priority to those who are here in our state legally.”

2024’s expansion of the state’s MediCal taxpayer-funded free-to-low-cost healthcare system to all illegal immigrants is expected to cost $3.4 billion on state expectations 700,000 newly qualified illegal immigrants will sign up. Should more arrive and more sign up for the program, which includes access to gender reassignment interventions, that cost will be higher.

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, bill author Assemblymber Joaquin Arambula, D-Fresno, said, “The social and economic benefits of homeownership should be available to everyone.”

Last Friday, I walked into the same store I visit once a year after I see my cardiologist for an echocardiogram.

This one of the reasons I have no problem with conservatives sucking every bit they can from the system. Get all the benefits you can but vote conservative. Tear the system down and rebuild it with the right “firewalls” in place to prevent this next time. The sheer amount of stupid being shown by California elected officials sends normal people reeling. They are seemingly all graduates of the "You Can Commit Suicide on Yourself and Your State" school. It is inconceivable to me that they want to give free healthcare--at OUR expense--to illegal criminal invaders who have absolutely no right to anything but a swift kick in the behind back to their home countries. And now they want to give them free houses to trash and leave valueless hovels? We've seen other programs of "no money down" loans for houses. And we've seen the consequences. Foreclosures, and the money needed to process them, ruined housing, and actual Americans shoved to the back of the line while these freeloading criminals get homes.

I think you’re 100% right. I live in New York and same thing here. Actually I grew up in New York city in AOCs district and the people I know who still live there hate her guts, one friend told me “It’s like being repped by a retarded 12 year old” lol lol And every speech she gives in public she is constantly shouted down and told to resign. So who is voting for her? Nobody is! Democrats wanted another radical so they installed her.

Another thing: In 2016 as part of my job, I had to travel all over Massachussets and everywhere I went all I saw were Trump signs. Store windows, peoples lawns, even on i-95 there was a huge TRUMP 2016 billboard. VERY rarely I saw Hillary signs, to me it was obvious Trump would sweep the state but instead Hillary easily won? Like HELL she did!!! When that happened, I understood perfectly how Ted Kennedy was reelected for 50 years even after he murdered a woman. The elections in these states are about as legit as a 3 dollar bill.
