Studies are producing mounting evidence that light flickering and sound clicking at the gamma brain rhythm frequency of 40 Hz can reduce Alzheimer's disease (AD) progression and treat symptoms in human volunteers as well as lab mice.
In a mouse model, researchers reveal a key mechanism that may contribute to these beneficial effects: clearance of amyloid proteins, a hallmark of AD pathology, via the brain's glymphatic system, a recently discovered "plumbing" network.
The paper describes a series of experiments showing that when sensory gamma stimulation increases 40 Hz power and synchrony in the brains of mice, that prompts a particular type of neuron to release peptides.
Working with mice which genetically model Alzheimer's, Murdock first replicated the lab's prior results that 40 Hz sensory stimulation increases 40 Hz neuronal activity in the brain and reduces amyloid levels.
They measured increases in cerebrospinal fluid in the brain tissue of mice treated with sensory gamma stimulation compared to untreated controls. They also measured an increase in the rate of interstitial fluid leaving the brain.
Moreover, in the gamma-treated mice he measured increased diameter of the lymphatic vessels that drain away the fluids and measured increased accumulation of amyloid in cervical lymph nodes.
The team focused on the aquaporin 4 (AQP4) water channel of astrocyte cells, which enables the cells to facilitate glymphatic fluid exchange.
In addition to the fluid exchange promoted by APQ4 activity in astrocytes, another mechanism by which gamma waves promote glymphatic flow is by increasing the pulsation of neighboring blood vessels. Several measurements showed stronger arterial pulsatility in mice subjected to sensory gamma stimulation.
The clearance effects shown in this study occurred rather rapidly but in lab experiments and clinical studies weeks or months of chronic sensory gamma stimulation have been needed to have sustained effects on cognition.

Back in the 1970s Joe Biden was unintelligent, nasty, vindictive, power hungry, and leftist. Fix his dementia, and that's what you get.
If they used this to eliminate the waste in F-Joe Biden’s brain his skull would collapse inward as there would be nothing left to hold it up!
If you are talking light frequencies, you need to get those right. I believe you are completely off on the units, and mean “nanometers.”
You need to wear eye protection with UV frequencies.
I recommend The Real Me. One of the best bass lines ever!
light therapy belt has a total of 126 pcs lamp beads with 3 chips technology, each lamp contains 3 chips which is 630nm and 660nm red light, 850nm infrared light"
If I get a subwoofer I should pretty much live forever just setting in front of my old stereo!
I had thot that this new stuff might have some relief for tinnitus. Its buried deep in the brain, not in the ears at all.
Sounds like locusts.
NOT disco.
SO it turns out, binaural beats beneficial effects are REAL, not new age fluff.

Interesting. That tone is really close to the tone I hear from my tinnitus.
Um, no. You’re overcomplicating it.
But these ‘brilliant minds’ have the answer right before them, unable to see the forest through the trees.
Unbelievable.
Tinnitus is much higher frequency
Try this to compare

but it doesn’t get rid of wrinkles
So if I put headphones on listen to your link it will be good for my brain? Interesting.
