A pair of St. Louis homeowners are suing the city after a homeless couple set up camp outside their homes and the mayor told cops not to intervene.
Two Missouri residents are fed up after dealing with a homeless encampment on their front lawn for three years.
The plaintiffs in the lawsuit are Richard Baumhoff and Steven McClanahan, who alleged that St. Louis have refused to intervene in the crisis despite the many requests.
Baumhoff and McClanahan have claimed that the homeless couple are 'scary, smelly and noisy,' according to their attorney W. Bevis Schock.
'For three years there have been two people living in a makeshift tent in front of their house,' Schock told Fox News Digital.
'They have a lovely front porch. They would like to go out with a nice cup of coffee in the morning and let the sun pour in on them and that cannot happen because these scary, smelly, noisy people are there, and they don't have the proper use of their house because of that.'
The homeowners say they are terrified of 'Roe and Doe,' as the homeless couple are referred to in legal documents.
'On some occasions, Doe and Roe have become aggressive with Plaintiffs and screamed at Plaintiffs and at other people. Plaintiffs are scared of Doe and Roe due to their unpredictability.

Here’s my advice to these unfortunate homeowners. Things will only get worse. Sell your property for what you can. Then move to a nice conservative rural community.
Yes, that will hurt you financially. But any alternative would hurt you more.
Oh, and understand that Democrats have put you in that position. So vote straight Republican in your new digs.
Here is the view of his house and from his porch, pics he posted last year:
My advice is, if the cops won’t intervene... Go f them up. Or hire someone that will.

On second thought after seeing that the guy voted for it, he should invite the neighbors in for tea.
That mess wouldn’t have lasted two nights in front of any house I owned.
Sometimes you have to take the bull by the horns.
Looks like they are in the right of way and not his land per se, assuming his yard ends at the public sidewalk.
But, in any event, they are violating all kinds of zoning and other ordinances and should be uprooted out of there.
I’m kinda surprised they don’t have “neighbors” next to them on the street.
Clean up the trash in your yard.
That’ll send the message.
Me? I’d start by piping them some nice, relaxing worship music. Demons hate God.

****
How exactly would you have handled the situation?
That part will have to be protected under the heading “sources & methods”.
I know how to approach a situation such as this, and I have staff. That’s all I can say here.
Well the dude’s first problem is he lives in the urban core.
The homeowner needs a 3rd party to bear spray these people. Preferably while sleeping, at various times, to help them revise their decision to encamp there.
