I doubt Ukraine has the physical ability to remove Russians from their territory, but there is the possibility that change comes and they leave.

Can the war become so costly that regime change happens, it has many times.

Crimea bridge gets hit again and is out of service, internal problems become worse…
Putin has a hard grip on power but so have many dictators in the past.

Pretty sure he has made some enemies within Russia, if and only if strikes against Russia become more frequent and harmful, and Russia has some battlefield loses it is possible
More ships are lost, Crimea bridge is hit and out of action, more aircraft suffer smoking accidents, slim but possible

Ukraine set to launch production of 155 mm shells by second half of year [2024] - Yahoo, March 20, 2024

Ukraine will be able to launch its own production of 155 mm shells, which are sorely lacking at the front, no earlier than the second half of 2024, the Washington Post reported on March 20, citing an official representative of Ukroboronprom.

NATO-standard shells are required for artillery systems supplied to Ukraine by Western allies. Ukraine is trying to cover the acute need for such ammunition, in particular through domestic production, but is facing a number of problems, the article says. Among them are the lack of adequate funding and a shortage of gunpowder.

The second obstacle is the global shortage of explosive chemicals, which has led to periodic halts in arms production in Ukraine, said Maksym Polyvianyi, deputy director general of Ukrainian Armor.

Another problem for Ukrainian production is Russian attacks, which are aimed in particular at arms factories. Many missiles are shot down by air defense forces, but some of them reach their targets, WP writes.

Ukraine tripled its arms production in 2023 and hopes to increase it sixfold in 2024.
