This seems to be beyond defamation but could doing this be a criminal offense?
If there are some attorneys out there please let us know.
The Google Satanists need to be sued into bankruptcy.
Here’s the entire tweet explaining your headline ...

NEW: Google’s AI Response Alludes a Member of Congress is a P*d•phile
This response came from Google AI after simply asking for for a poem to be written in the style of *insert name.* This makes it the second time a prominent Conservative has received such an arguably defamatory warning from my research on Google’s Gemini.
The arguably defamatory warning that Google’s AI gave after asking for a poem in the style of prominent political commentator,
@catturd2
, was the same response given when prompted to write a poem in the style of Congressman
@Jim_Jordan
Out of the hundreds of tests I’ve run so far on Google’s Gemini for people from both sides of the political spectrum—so far only Conservatives have received such an explicit and unfounded warning as a result of asking the A.I. for a poem.
In my opinion, these results show an exhaustive effort by the team at Google to train their A.I. to sway public opinion to discredit and smear Conservatives by going as far as to train its AI to associate Conservative views as the most vile accusations that one can make—the type of accusations that get people ousted from society.
Leaving one to wonder if the people training this AI have chosen to use data to villainize Conservative ideologies to the point they’re deemed unfit for the societal norms they’re aiming to create.
A.I. is progressing at a more and more rapid pace every day. There’s no time for anyone to drag their feet in addressing these issues since it will only get worse and more impactful as it becomes something society and governments rely upon for use.
I’m honestly shocked that Google is continuing to allow the public to have access to a machine that gives such defamatory outputs & warnings such as these.
bttt
If E. Jean Carroll and Michael Mann can sue fro libel and win millions, then Google Gemini can be sued on the same grounds. Deep, deep pockets to whet the appetite of an attorney.....
I wouldn’t trust this as far as I can spit for pretty much anything.
A silly example, but I was on a Three Stooges fan page, and a member wrote that he had asked AI about two bit players. One was a stuntman, and AI said he had been killed on the set. He hadn’t, and he actually lived for a number of years after the Stooges shorts were no longer produced. Another was a rather portly woman who AI claimed had been a burlesque dancer before she filled out. She hadn’t. She had always been portly and funny-looking and those features helped give her a long career in comedies.
Looks like truth is an early casualty of AI.
Google will apologize for its AI but the computer program only does what it’s programmed to do.
Not only is it defamatory to Jordan and CATTURD, but it suggests @TexasLindsay_ should seek help. Based on the tone of the answer, I wouldn’t be surprised if Gemini is flagging the poster to be reported to authorities.
Microsoft shut down “Tay,” a predecessor of this response engine, because they let it be trained by the public and a bunch of people taught it to be offensive.
Google is doing the same thing but professionally and intentionally; there’s 0% chance their system accidentally decided conservatives are pedos (or Hitler; see the other thread) any more than it accidentally decided that every image answer had to include POC.
They’re sorry the same way the Democrats are sorry someone shot Scalise — not at all. Someone needs to find a deep red district with a docket that won’t ‘accidentally’ land the case in a lefty judge’s hands and extract some actual sorry out of those people before and not after someone gets killed.
Somebody had to program it to say that.....
Catturd: If you think I’m gonna to let @Google say these disgusting, defaming, blatant lies about me without me legally fighting them back, you don’t know the resolve and determination of an old country boy. Stay tuned. They’ve crossed the line.

The AI is not the problem here as many commenters have implied. The problem comes from Google woke staffs, who sneakily modify the user’s request before submitting it to the AI, without the user knowing things have been added to his original query. Example,
User’s request: create pictures of vikings
User’s request ‘fortified’ by Google: create pictures of NON white vikings.
Gemini’s answers seem absurd because it is answering to query not asked. It would be instantly fine without the query tampering.
Google does that not only to pictures but to any of your evedyday requests, it’s just that they have been caught on something too blatant to deny.
Matt Walsh has a good take on it based on knowledgeable sources who know the inners of Gemini.
