I’ve been waiting for years now for forensic pathologists to weigh in on this. Until I hear from medical examiners (you know…actual doctors) reporting unusual findings from their autopsies (instead of only from some random embalmer) I’m withholding judgement on this.

Yeah, because only Doctors can understand that a substance completely blocking an artery can cause death. The concept is just too complicated for embalmers or ordinary people to understand.
