Non-binary student, 16, dies after girls ‘beat her head across the floor’ in bathroom assault: reports
An Oklahoma teen died earlier this month after she and another student were severely beaten inside a school bathroom, according to reports.
Sophomore Dagny Benedict, 16, was involved at a fight at Owasso High School in suburban Tulsa on February 7, according to 2 News.
A school staffer finally broke up the melee after Benedict, a straight A student, and a classmate were battered for an extended period — reportedly by three older female students.
While her family’s obituary used female pronouns, mother Sue Benedict told The Independent the teen was non-binary and used the name “Nex.”
The heartbroken parent said the other victim was also non-binary.
The mom said Benedict was often bullied at school, and had fallen and hit her head during the bathroom fight.

When I was a yute, a much bigger, stronger older student pushed us smaller younger kids around {just because he could} regardless of the fact that I told him he would get his payback.
I used brass knuckles and broke his nose and knocked him cold. When he came to, I told him that if he ever picked on me or my friends his nose wasn't the only bone that I'd break.
I know that it was different times and if you did that today there might be legal action, but sometimes you've got to pay the price.

I don’t know about how things are in suburban or rural schools. But when it comes to school bullies in an urban setting, I know what I’m talking about. As I noted earlier, I taught in urban schools.
You’re right about the old days. Somebody picks on you. You fight back, and maybe you lose or maybe you win. Either way, you’ve proven yourself. That’s the end of it.
Those days are gone for weaker kids in urban schools. It’s a no-win situation. You fight back and lose, and the bullying continues. You fight back and win, and you WILL be jumped by a gang on the school bus or while walking home from school. I’ve seen that happen many times.
A tough football player might eventually come out ahead. And so might someone who belongs to his own thug gang. But not the little kid. He’s got to get out of the toxic situation.
And as a side note, the real filth in this situation are the highly-paid administrators who refuse to deal with these problems. They take the easy way out and let it continue.
That sounds nice, in theory, if you are within a reasonable size of your bully. However, if you are just a wisp, that’s a good way to get your behind kicked and have the bullying upped severely. For some, to stop the bullying, it would require the kid to kill his tormentors with a smile on his face, while yelling, “You deserved it.”

Also, to add, many of the bullied kids have no allies that they can turn to beat the bully as a group. They are on their own and unable to defend themselves by themselves.
I can’t help but recall the Virginia incident where a “trans-female” raped a freshman girl in the girl’s bathroom and was quietly transferred to another district where he did it again (the girl’s father was arrested for talking about it at a school board meeting).
I wonder if the three girls were protecting another student...

Your post really explains a lot of what is going on in the schools. There is a local high school, in a good area, that had at least six rapes that we heard about and apparently there were even more. The school refused to report the guys to the police. They even threatened the girls not to report them and one girl got suspended for complaining to the school. It often boils down to power and money.

Would anyone be so kind as to provide for me sexes and races of the kids involved. I think I could probably guess the races, but would still like confirmation. As for the sexes, I have no ****ing idea.
It happened in the girl’s washroom, so that would be a clue of the genders.
