In 2020, Swift didn't endorse Biden until October and she didn't campaign for him.
I have full confidence she will endorse the Democrat nominee for president. How much enthusiasm and how late in the game waits to be seen.
I can't imagine she is looking forward to an excited, enthusiastic endorsement of a feeble, dementia-riddled old man who mistakes her for Britney Spears.
If anything, her endorsement will be more of an "anti-Trump" endorsement.
