U.S. — Special Counsel Robert Hur will not recommend charges for Biden's mishandling of classified documents on the grounds that he's too old and senile to stand trial.
"I mean, seriously, have you seen that guy?" said Hur to reporters. "I tried to ask him questions and he attempted to put my notepad in his mouth. The dude is totally zonked out for sure. I mean, we all knew this, right?"
In spite of the report detailing Biden's late-stage dementia, the Special Counsel confirmed Biden is just fine to continue running the country. "Oh yeah, that's no problem," he said. "You heard the Press Secretary. He's so active and alert no one can keep up with him! Impressive!"
When reporters approached the President for a statement, Biden responded by attempting to put the microphone in his mouth.

Our only short-term hope is a public breakdown so awful it can’t be ignored. But, it doesn’t matter other than the public embarrassment part.
Obama has run everything the whole way so what difference does it make? They will use Harris or whoever as the new figurehead. And Republicans are completely useless and have been for a long time. I left them in 2009.
Oh, I understand. He is a useful puppet. Probably more so now. His staff can do what they want and blame him whenever things go wrong. It is now a matter of record that he is senile - what better scapegoat is there than Joe? “Don’t blame us, we just followed the orders of ol’ Senile Joe.”
Joe will blame his staff. Joe’s staff will blame Joe.
Harris is waiting in the wings to benefit from Joe’s mental decline.
If you read the report, the IC found evidence that he may have been too far gone in 2017.
Not just those guilty parties. The media has been covering for him for years, to the extent that they collectively ran his 2020 campaign and celebritized him.
I’m sure he was, any rational person would have seen this coming, he was too far-gone years before he became POTUS, it’s only getting worse.
