Meat is good for you. There are experts who might disagree with me, and many researchers continue to search for evidence linking meat to heart disease, for example.
But as a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist specializing in nutritional and metabolic psychiatry, I’ve long been curious about the relationship between food and brain health, as well as overall well-being. And in my research, I’ve yet to find a credible, plausible health argument against eating meat of any kind (including red meat, seafood, and poultry).

Bacon.
Mexican and Chinese are great, too. But the Mediterranean is home of the best foods. Greek, Italian, Middle Eastern, Spanish. I’ll bet even Southern France has brilliant cuisine, though the idea of eating snails is repugnant.
I have never eaten snails.
I’m with you!
This is getting to be a delightful thread!
Japanese also eat bracken, a type of fern that has been linked to stomach cancer.
“ If I was to choose, it would be seafood every time.”

My choice would be chicken DRUMSTICKS! Never got enough of them in my youth.. had to share & “take turns” with siblings.
But they also eat Natto, which is supposed to clean up your arteries.
Have the double cheeseburger, skip the bread. Have it with bacon too.
When I go to In N Out Burger, I get it salad-wrapped.
“it’d be this”
“This” is my favorite food too.
Dr. Berry is my favorite doc on YouTube.
I like Dr. Berg.
I can surely agree with that. He has DEFINITELY changed my health overwhelmingly for the BETTER.
Since going more of a carnivore route (thank to Dr. Berry), the weight is falling off once again.
Will see how long that lasts but it's looking good so far.
“Dr. Ede acquired her bachelor’s in biology from Carleton College in Minnesota. Then, for seven years, she worked as a research assistant in the fields of biochemistry, diabetes, and wound healing. She earned her MD from the University of Vermont and completed her residency in general adult psychiatry at Cambridge Hospital in 2002.
After five years in general practice, she joined Harvard University Health Services from 2007 to 2013 as a staff psychopharmacologist and was the first psychiatrist there to offer nutrition consultation as an option to students, faculty, and staff with mental health concerns.”

Doctor Ken Berry is my favorite, Kelly Hogan is really good. The best thing I’ve done next giving my heart to Jesus, excepting his death on the cross as my full payment for my sins. Being born again.
I’m 71 lost 60lbs. I take no medicine, no high blood pressure, no diabetes.
By the way Jordan Perterson and daughter swear by the Lion’s diet, a carnivore way of eating.
It cured her of many health problems. Jordan too.
If you like the chiropractic and more natural approach, you might like Dr. Mandell:
