COMMANDING OFFICER FIRED! Criminal Charges Coming?!
(Excerpt) Read more at youtube.com ...
women should be home, raising their children properly ... would solve about 80% of our problems ....
Another comment at YT: “Bro...we got female captains making female officers cry. Chester Nimitz is spinning in his grave.”
Sick chicken. Enabled by BNA in order to make crewmen lives a hell.
Placing women in command positions over men is a mistake, but is typical of today’s military. Women should never be in combat positions. A nation that does isn’t worth defending.
Rather than on a bridge this hag belongs in the brig
My drill instructor in the army once hit me on the back of my head with his helmet liner then yelled at me to stop screwing around while we were marching in formation.
A lesson was learned that day...LOL!

I think it comes down to she was not a good leader and the crew responded to that.
“Know your enemy”..unless of course it involves looking at Facebook,in which case just throw a hissy and ignore.

Read through the facts and finding.
After this event, considered filing an Inspector General (IG) complaint against
the CO based on perceived unfair treatment, but decided against filing a complaint due to the
close proximity of her planned detachment from the command. briefed

Don’t think the crew was very competent either.
It also should be noted that in the Navy the word “fired” doesn’t mean kicked out of the military...it means removed from the position and placed elsewhere.....and a demotion may or may not happen.
Your experience was a totally different scenario than this.
And I’d bet my last dollar this isn’t the first incident of this nature either.
on further reflection she was a post turtle and the crew knew it.
An old rancher pinched his hand in a squeeze gate to the point of needing stiches. While his doctor was stitching him up their conversation came around to politics, when the doctor asked the old man what he thought of the current President.
The rancher responded by saying he thought the President was no more than a “Post Turtle.”
He further explained, “When you’re driving down an old country road and you come up upon a turtle balanced on a fence post, that’s a post turtle.”
Noting the curious look on the doctor’s face, he realized that the doctor still did not understand, so he continued, “You know he didn’t have the ability to get there himself, he has no idea how he got there or what he’s doing, he has no natural ability to accomplish anything from there, and you can’t help but wonder what idiot put him there. You can only pity him, for the injuries he’ll receive when he falls from that post.”

Links to YouTube. Yeah, I know.
Sad this thread had to lean toward gender and sexual persuation rather than determining the officer was not fit to command due to personality, education, or any lack of the needed tools to command.
She obviously wasn’t properly trained in how to delegate or accept the misunderstandings of her crew placing herself into the mechanism in place rather than trusting the officers in her chain. She, also, over reacted to situations and didn’t use common sense or the demeanor she should have in a command position to gain that trust of her subordinates.
But this has been a fault of the navy for many years when I was still working for government. Their training processes are very precise and don’t shed light on situations. They could have a master chief in an engine room that knew that engine like nobody short of God. But if the ship was sunk, could he take command in lieu of other outlets being available? He was never trained. My branch, the air force was just as bad. On the NCO side they promoted for overall book training and sheer luck success but did little training for troops other than education from books and little on the troop interaction. When they reach the top enlisted rank of chief they lose their AFSC and go into a CEM code (chief enlisted managment). Many of them don’t have any real training in this except what they picked up along the way from their earlier supervisors. So are they competent? Some get by.

Facebook is now a legit new source? I guess if ‘they fired her’ is sufficient content. /s
Were strawberries involved?
That’s where she had them, by the strawberries! [clacks balls in her hand]
Zak lee!
The weird thing about this is that she is a mustang with significant prior enlisted service. She must have been fast tracked along the way.
She was harshest apparently on a female officer under her command although the video showed she was pretty nasty overall. You would think she would have some empathy for the lower ranks.
