Playoffs 'Rigged' In Favor of Chiefs Over Ravens, Analyst Suggests - Cites Taylor Swift?!
SI.COM ^ | JAN 25, 2024 | MIKE FISHER

Posted on 01/26/2024 9:18:55 PM PST by lasereye

We have our theory as to how we got here: The relative incompetence of the NFL refs combined with the league's sudden embracing of gambling has created skepticism about the legitimacy of game results.

In other words, some NFL fans are now habitually accusing the league of "rigging" games - especially, of course, when that fan either loses by way of his team's failure, or loses a bet.

And now comes the AFC Championship Game, with the selection of the officiating crew for the Kansas City Chiefs at Baltimore Ravens showdown ... and a respected NFL analyst floating the idea that the officiating crew being led by Shawn Smith means the league wants the Chiefs to win. ...

Because the league wants more Taylor Swift on TV?!

According to NFL analyst Warren Sharp, ref Smith has heavily favored the road team in recent years. NFL home teams have about a 50-percent win percentage. But in games called by Smith over the past couple of years, it's 40.8 percent, says Sharp.

He calls that advantage "outrageous'' as he writes ...

"The NFL pushed the panic button. They have a ref in their rotation who is a MASSIVE edge to road teams Road teams win at the #1 highest rate with him... He penalizes home teams in ways no other ref does... and... He's calling the Chiefs road game.''

Sharp's copy doesn't mention the pop star Swift, girlfriend of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and an attention- and ratings-getter due to her presence at Kansas City's game. But the hint is there as Sharp uses her photo in his graphic: The NFL, he is suggesting, wants the Chiefs in the Super Bowl because the NFL wants Taylor Swift at the Super Bowl.

an “amusement”.
a·muse·ment

Let's parse that word.

Working backwards...

1-The suffix “ment” serves to change a verb into a noun.
For instance, to “entertain” is an action, a verb and adding the suffix “ment” changes the verb, action into a noun; a thing.

2- the verb in this case is “muse”, which means to think, or ponder.

3-the “a” in the prefix of the word is an alpha negative, which negates what follows, just as the “a” in “atheist” (a·theist), describes one who does NOT hold a belief in. God

Putting it all back together, an “amusement” is a non-thinking thing.

In real life, an amusement park is somewhere that you go where your thought process is not engaged. Who ponders life on a roller coaster?

The TV is an amusement. Our brain waves flat line as we're hypnotized and we are subjected to being programmed (television programming). Nobody contemplates algebraic equations while watching the TV.

Submitted for edification.

...that is all

Didn’t catch where he said that. But wouldn’t surprise me as people refer to the Jets and Giants playing in New York or the Redskins in D.C.

The penalty that's the most subjective and has the biggest gray area is offensive line holding. When holding is called a certain number of times, some of those times it was called because there was a real hold, and sometimes just because.

Conversely when a game goes on for awhile without a lot of penalties except for flagrant PI and grounding and the like, the refs probably are letting some OLs get away with holding "just because" they're "just letting them play football".

Anyway, one doesn't dislike Patrick Mahomes but at the same time one is sick of seeing him in all those commercials on TV. Likewise one is actively disinterested in who some football player or some pop singer is doing business with. One is also not interested in any sort of alternative national anthem before a football game. For that reason one isn't sure if one is going to watch the Super Bowl or not. Even bet right now.

Better to post this beforehand

Titled;
“The secret is out - the Superbowl teams and the winner are going to be...”

Short video suggesting predictive programming and rigged outcome.

https://www.bitchute.com/video/eYCTJ1tcXTPk/

Essentially suggesting the Super Duper bowl will be San Francisco -v- Baltimore, with SF winning. The reasons why these two teams make it to the SDB are also suggested in the video.

...we’ll see soon enough...

"Officiating has been getting worse in college and the NFL."

I disagree. We now have dozens of ultra-zoom, ultra-slow-motion cameras and we are able to see what refs have historically gotten wrong. The reffing hasn't changed, the technology has.

Once gambling(betting) enters the picture ,any activity will be corrupted as the lure of big payoffs inevitably leads to :fixing” the outcome.

And people even praised a coach who said if you aren”t cheating you”re not trying to win.

The Chiefs are going to need more than Tswift and the Refs to beat the Ravens.

You can’t hit Mahommes MUST be a NFL rule. How many games I’ve watched where it’s 2 hand touch with him. Players pull up before encountering him. It’s obvious, he, the Chumps, and Swift are the NFL cash cow.

Very much looking forward to Detroit v San Francisco. Both very good teams, and match up well.
I'd give the Niner's the home field advantage, however it will be interesting to see if that is a factor as Detroit Fans travel well for road games.

Go Lions!

Brittany is a sweet girl, only ever had one boyfriend, Patrick, they met in high school, stayed together since then, she has a college degree in kinesiology, has two little children with Patrick, pregnant with a third, played women’s soccer professionally, loves Patrick and those children like crazy, what problem might you have with that?

It’s rigged for Baltimogadishu and San Fagsicko.

And the NFL will be rewarded with the least-watched Super Bowl in years, as those millions of white Millennial women who tuned in to swoon over the Kelce/Swift romance abandon the telecast.

That’s why I haven’t watched a stupor bowl for about 6 years. Even if not “fixed”...it seems as if it scripted...like a dance routine.
One offense goes downfield .. if they execute their plays as designed, and/or if there is obvious defensive penalty, then they score...they punt if they make mistakes in their execution of their plays.
Then the other team, after watching a non action kickoff sail outta’ the end zone...does the same thing. Back and forth...till, if the game is close...the team with the ball last, wins.
It comes down to executing the plays or making defensive errors.
Couple that with gushing praise of the players, and/or game, the wanna’ be preaching, funny,or tugging of the heart strings commercials with a sighting of a “hot” girl or delirious drunk fan sticking their tongue out and howling like a banshee, while mugging for the camera and using the “ “ we’re No.1” hand sign ...and that’s the show. BOW-RING.
The halftime music show makes me long for Yoko Ono singing(?)...Don’t Worry Kyoko, Mommas’ just out looking for her Hand in the Snow” From Toronto 1969.

That was good...except for pondering life while on a roller coaster as in.. “why am I up here, trying to feel good while being sloshed around and wondering if I’m gonna’ fall to the ground and get smashed?” Is it the balance of fear vs. adrenalin and dopamine induced pleasure?

...especially TRAVELING carnivals.

Speaking of which...
It would be interesting to go to the empty field with a metal detector, after the traveling carnival has left, to see how many nuts and bolts are left behind from assembly and disassembly. The results could prove disturbing.

They’re structured to make money no matter what happens in the game if it’s random.

I guess you've never heard of GREED and CONTROL that when factored in determine HOW MUCH MONEY you end up with.
