One major thing I would add is :
NO MORE ANCHOR BABIES.
We need to get rid of the idea that you can show up here and have a kid who is automatically a citizen. That is insanity. A citizen must be a child of citizen parents and preferably born in the US. I’d allow a few exceptions for a kid born on a military base overseas or something similar as long as they spend most of their formative years in the US.
Furthermore, a US citizen child must reside in the US for his/her entire life in order to be eligible to run for President. The idea that you can be born here, then go overseas for 10, 20, 30 years to be indoctrinated and develop loyalty to other countries, then return to be President is absurd.
My original proposal addressed that. The illegal alien caregivers of US citizen minors MUST leave, with or without their charges. We will take care of our citizens. That doesn't mean that illegal alien family members get to do it.
The real issue you wish to tackle is birthright citizenship. The solution is to define who is a citizen at birth to any person who has at least one parent who is a US citizen at the time they are born.
I would further define a Natural Born Citizen, a requirement to be POTUS as a person with TWO US citizen parents at the time of their birth.
This issue is not WHERE you were born, but allegiance owed by your parents at the time of your birth.
We can have the fight to revoke the citizenship of those born to illegal aliens that don't meet the citizenship requirements above. I think that is likely a bridge too far at the moment and we should get what we can first rather than risk losing it all.
