NO MORE ANCHOR BABIES.

My original proposal addressed that. The illegal alien caregivers of US citizen minors MUST leave, with or without their charges. We will take care of our citizens. That doesn't mean that illegal alien family members get to do it.

The real issue you wish to tackle is birthright citizenship. The solution is to define who is a citizen at birth to any person who has at least one parent who is a US citizen at the time they are born.

I would further define a Natural Born Citizen, a requirement to be POTUS as a person with TWO US citizen parents at the time of their birth.

This issue is not WHERE you were born, but allegiance owed by your parents at the time of your birth.

We can have the fight to revoke the citizenship of those born to illegal aliens that don't meet the citizenship requirements above. I think that is likely a bridge too far at the moment and we should get what we can first rather than risk losing it all.

Anchor babies can, through proper legislation, be considered of “dual citizenship”.
Such a designation does not require a Constitutional Amendment, “Congress shall have the Power To...establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization...”

The capitalization of ‘Power’ should not be lost on the reader.
