So I can’t use my debit card at Walgreens or CVS? How are they going to know what I’m buying?
It might be a refill of my blood pressure medicine, or it might be that I had some photos printed, or picked up a pint of ice cream for dessert.
In my experience, there’s a record of everything you buy at any store with a debit card.

Every item sold in stores today has a transaction type number. If you have an online bank account it will say what category the item you purchased is.
