There is the possibility that the moaning coming out of Davos and the legacy media is a head fake, possibly to create overconfidence in MAGA supporters and patriotic movements in Europe and South America. That NBC posted information claiming that Congress would block President Trump's use of the military domestically or that the military would actually become insubordinate may also serve a similar purpose, making conservatives believe that the Left is despairing on the Democrats’ chances this year.
