I just looked. Texas does not have the death penalty for rape of a two year old. This should be added with specific rules of required evidence, such as video etc. We shouldn’t open it up where every woman in divorce court can make a claim, but with a strict evidence regimen, these guys should be executed.

If they cannot execute them, then I hope they are simply released with massive publicity.
