Raskin is a Red Diaper baby who has no connection to the United States. Thus he doesn’t care about notions of “loyalty to the nation” or being a part of the nation itself...things that were clearly demonstrated by Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro’s actions, a man who should never have been anywhere near the office of the President.
As for Granholm and Schwarzenegger, he cares not. What he’s interested in is clearing the way for one of his own to sit in the seat, someone who is a plant from the WEF / globalist conspiracy.
The origins of the Constitutional requirement comes from the machinations of the European aristocracy, which routinely placed foreigners as kings so as to have a hostile monarch who had no regard for the citizenry, and would oppress or kill them as necessary for the benefit of the monarchs.
The Constitution is a threat to “our democracy.”
