A couple years ago a bunch of people with the Freedom convoy blocked a single lane of three roads for a very specific 30 minute time. Part of it was to show the difference in enforcement.
Coincidentally a bunch of lefty’s blocked another highway in DC at the same time.
Care to guess who was arrested? Actually the arrests were several days later.
