Repeating, to include part of your post, ransomnote.

At no time would the CDC/FDA/NIH treat as valid evidence that the 'vaccine' was harmful because they required that those making claims of vaccine harm prove the mechanisms of action(s) (i.e., what the vaccine was doing). I believe that Pfizer and BioNTech knew exactly what their 'vaccines' were doing, but withholding the documentation prevented researchers from making their case quickly and stopping 'vax' distribution.

Fauci and Walensky both worded their advertising promotions for the 'vaccine' by saying, "We're seeing evidence that the vaccines are safe and effective..." and, at the time, they were obviously using wording from the hand of lawyers, because science doesn't base conclusions about safety/efficacy on 'some ea evidence I saw'. So those two ghouls plan to say they never saw pharma evidence based on pharma false claims that it was never studied. The dog ate their homework.

Again, rephrasing this in terms even people as dishonest as the $hot $hill$ might be able to follow:

More about Vitamins and Vitamin A:

In general, I believe knowledge about minerals and supplements which protect health are being downplayed (distorted?), as we saw happening during 'covid' in relation to the powerful protective capacity of Vitamin D and zinc.

Looking into Recommended Daily Allowance and the Upper Limit (safety) for nutrients set by the FDA , the recommendations have changed as of 2016. Actually, the proposal to change all nutrient guidlines was fielded in 2015 and new guidelines being pubicized starting 2016.

By now, I question the timing, because with or without Hillary, the international community had been working on plans to address a plandemic. Therefore, I have feeble trust in either RDA nor UL, given both were set by the medical regime. The Upper Limit may be set too high, the lower limit, too low.

No way to tell, but the fact that most Americans were deficient in Vitamin D by the time the  Plandemic rolled around made me look at the FDA and CDC with the question, "Why did you never educate the public about basic measures to protect themselves from illness?"  During an interview, Fauci proudly told a reporter that he always supplemented with D in the winder; I guess that information is only for DC/MSM insiders? I agree with others saying we just have to do the best we can in caring for optimal health, because we have a medical regime who will mislead us or simply doesn't care about public health.

Anyway, someone recently remarked to me, after she watched a video about  children diagnosed with 'white lung' in Hawaii, "The doctor in the video said the children need Vitamin A but the medical staff there won't give it to them." I tried finding information about Vitamin A deficiency and public health and found little of use. Today I stumbled across a scrap of information; Vitamin A deficiency may include 'chest infections' as a symptom. Well, that would be useful to know.

The standard advice available is to get Vitamin A from foods rather than supplements if possible, and if using supplements, take them with fat containing foods to maximize absorbtion. If you take too much 'preformed' Vitamin A, it can reduce the effectiveness of Vitamin D. Worse, excessive Vitamin A can be toxic.

Toxicity
Vitamin A toxicity may be more common in the U.S. than a deficiency, due to high doses of preformed vitamin A (retinol) found in some supplements. Vitamin A is also fat-soluble, meaning that any amount not immediately needed by the body is absorbed and stored in fat tissue or the liver. If too much is stored, it can become toxic. The tolerable upper intake of 3,000 mcg of preformed vitamin A, more than three times the current recommended daily level, is thought to be safe. However, there is some evidence that this much preformed vitamin A might increase the risk of bone loss, hip fracture [10-12], or some birth defects. [13] Another reason to avoid too much preformed vitamin A is that it may interfere with the beneficial actions of vitamin D.

The standard recommendation I find is that beta carotenes (e.g., pigment in carrots) can be broken down by the body to form Vitamin A. Not everyone can convert beta-carotenes to Vitamin A, but most can and in that form beta-carotenes are safer to take (i.e., when I was 19 two of my friends tried living on carrots until the end of the month; their skin turned orange, but they were otherwise unharmed).
