Tesla gave him a near production version of the Cybertruck to try out. He goes over the features, takes it for a drive, and gives his impressions. The video has 17 million views and 39,000 comments as of December 8th.

Cybertruck is what happens when you invent an alloy that can only be bent in straight lines.

Wow, that’s the most detailed car walk-through I’ve ever seen. He does a great job.

The 600hp version will most likely be my last vehicle when I finally pull the trigger on replacing the F-150 in a few years. Got to blow some of that IRA RMD money on something I’ve always wanted. 845hp and $100k+ is too much, though. I have to get a Tesla at some point, might as well be a “truck”. Well, that and a nice tractor with A/C.

Listen, I take a back seat to no one in my skepticism toward current EV battery technology, and the obvious and unsustainable market manipulation that's being done by the government and MSM.
However, let's not lose sight of this: oil is the biggest thing that's keeping the hate cults of the Middle East alive and killing people. Anything makes them nervous is a good thing in the long run, and undermining the hammerlock that fossil fuel IC engines have on our national mobility falls into that category.

As someone that uses pickups for practical hauling, the answer is no. Oh wait a minute, let’s change that to hell no. For purposes of the repairman, the utility guy, the farmer, the mechanic etc it’s worthless. I’ll take a Silverado or F150 gas or diesel any day.
Now the city slicker that has more money than brains, it’s probably a good deal.
It would be a fun video to see this thing fully loaded with about a 3,000 lbs of cargo or towing a 12,000 lb trailer over semi rugged terrain all day long in freezing temps. The typical F150 is rated just for that.
