Yea we lived three states away when raising our kid. Our parents never did one day of babysitter duty.

Except most baby boomers didn’t raise their children. They threw them into daycare and forgot their children existed, except for a couple of hours in the evening.

Lifelong skills that should have been passed down wasn’t and now these grown children are having to learn about parenting when nobody taught them.

exactly! these young parents want to dump the kids off with the grandparents so THEY can go on vacation without their own kids!
