So, that means this is after he and his crew have put out the born in Hawaii story.
Why in the world would he then tell a crowd that was a lie? Does that make any kind of sense?

Let me chime in on this story with some third hand but highly credible (at least I think so) information.
A friend of mine is a highly decorated Marine (retired) Colonel, and served in highest level diplomatic and intelligence missions. He told me, and has told many others, of a friend of his, also USMC Col., who was the military attaché at the US Mission in Nairobi, Kenya. The attaché was called to attend to an American woman who was to be taken off an airplane as she was about to give birth. The woman was Stanley Anne Dunham, and the child, born in Nairobi, was BarCk Obama.
