As for your quote from SpeedyinTexas, you've ignored the most important point here, which is that your buddy, your pal, your ally, Vlad the Invader, is the only one threatening nuclear war over Ukraine.
And that is the same threat the Old Soviets held over the Western World until the USSR's collapse in 1991.
We did not accept those threats then and should not accept them now.
Key point -- if Vlad the Invader thinks he can simply threaten nuclear war and then just walk into whichever country he wants to conquer next, then there will never be an end to.
