White men should not sign up for police departments. They should opt out just like they’re doing with the military. They have no upside.
And towns should draw down their police forces, and quietly hire private security firms, off the books if possible, where those white guys disposed towards police work should go for employment.

I disagree with this for rural county and small town police forces and Sheriffs.
As this Regime collapses, people will look to the local forces that can impose some sort of order and keep out urban criminal robbers and looters- even if it is the Cartels.
Better to have existing police force structure.

Privatization of the police 👮🏻♂️ would work extremely well in my opinion.
The problem with that is white people could find themselves on the outside. The left is just itching to remove white people from government altogether and their ability to represent themselves.
