Just some thoughts on your problems.
I would recommend Glutathione; your body does not make enough of it as you get older.
I take 250 mg. https://tinyurl.com/2fa56e6h
Also, Activia, helps with digestive problems.
They used to advertise for that, and the FDA made them stop advertising, they had not tested it yet.
I tell you when I first took it, I wrote the company to tell them how much it helped with my digestive problems, diarrhea.

A week ago I added cholestyramine powder (Questran) to my regimen and I have the first solid movements in weeks. I told my GI Dr and asked if he knew if there was any conflicts indicated with the pancreatic enzymes. My Drs often scratch their heads - probably wondering where I got the powder. I have been accused of being a pharmacist - which I am not. I found no mention of intetraction between the two in any prescribing info.
Necessity is the mother of invention. 👌
Just like all the things they conveniently don't test. The block Stevia too. But pushed cancer causing aspartame. I remember buying a pack of Trident gum many years ago and a warning was on the side. "This causes cancer in laboratory animals." WE ARE the lab rats...
Bob, you have to break it down to the basics. As your primary internet doctor, LOL, I suggest a nice regimen of fermented foods. Try to get 3-5 different ones into you per week. One shot of ACV in the morning first thing every day. It sounds to my like your gut flora is woefully deficient.
