One of two women who allegedly shoplifted from a California nail supply store returned to the business minutes later to demand her cellphone, which she had dropped, police say.
The store owner offered to exchange her electronic device – which Murrieta police said had the suspect's California driver's license and a credit card inside the case – for the stolen goods, but the suspect allegedly assaulted him prior to leaving a second time.
The incident unfolded just after noon on Sept. 19. The event was caught on Premier Nail Supply's surveillance cameras, and footage was shared with FOX 11 Los Angeles.
The alleged assault turned the theft of about $600 in merchandise – less than the value of the suspect's phone, according to police – into a robbery charge. The store owner suffered minor injuries after being thrown to the ground by one of the suspects.

The two suspects, who police identified to Fox News Digital as Kaydrianna Hall, 24, and Serenadi Banks, 19, left the scene in a black vehicle. They were contacted by police minutes later, when they were still sitting in the car outside their home about a mile away from the store. Police say the stolen merchandise was in plain sight inside the vehicle, and both women were taken to jail.

THIS IS WHY BILL MAHER IS WRONG ABOUT RELIGION... When small numbers of high IQ morally aware citizens walk away from religion there's almost no negative effect. It can be charming and creative... But when a large diverse culture does it we have this kind of crap going on - people so ethically unaware they come back from a theft, want their phone back, and hurt the person who says it can be exchanged for the stolen goods.

Had a friend - a cop - who told me they had several cases where a man would call in saying his dealer had ripped him off and he wanted the police to help him get his money back from the drug dealer.

Years ago. I managed a Radio Shack. I would review bad checks and try to get the people to pay.
I had a young yute bring in a car stereo for repair. I asked his name and date he bought it, so I could find his receipt. Then I saw where his check bounced.
So I call and tell him to bring the stereo in. When he brings the stereo in. I hand him his bad check and say. Make the check food. And I will repair the stereo. Well after a 10 min tirade of curse words and whitey bashing he walked out with the still broken stereo.

It’s pretty common. Faculty members are really suspect. It’s why we don’t have in-person IT support. You have to bring it in so we can find out what is on it.
I had a faculty member send me a screenshot and one of the tabs he had open was Neo-Nazi site StormFront.
I was getting my computer fixed and a college kid came to get his fixed too. After he left the IT people were talking. Apparently the kid had an abundance of porn and he didn’t even try to cover it. Email and porn, no coursework.
We recently set up a computer with only user rights (highest level of security, no rights) and set an app to continually browse porn sites. It never got infected. If we gave it any rights, it got infected.
