1. "The 'customer is always right' excuse, and not allowing employees to adequately defend themselves. The customer is the CUSTOMER. The service you get is a privilege, not a right, and you better believe you can be denied service."
2. "The 'workhorse' mentality they want in employees. My job does not need to be my life when I’m getting paid a Medicare wage. My sanity is worth more to me than my work. Quit asking your employees to give all of their energy to their jobs."

What is “getting paid a Medicare wage?”
Medicare wage? I’m guessing it’s a term made up by people who live paycheck to paycheck, refusing to live small until they gain property and pretend they’re just supporting boomers
And who Continue to vote democrat with no sense of logic
Straw man. Too much shade being thrown.
That’s a lot of money. If medicare covers your surgery...at least $25,000 fee...
It was likely meant to be mediocre. I suspect auto correct followed by poor editor review. No squiggly lines under words must mean it’s all okay.
I don't like texting. Having to hunt and peck letters on a tiny keyboard is tedious and painfully slow.
“Stop thinking men and men and women are women. No one defined by their genitals anymore.”
“Stop insisting we pay our debts.. Sure, signed the paper taking on $100,000 in debt for our Queer Studies Master degree but that doesn’t mean we should have to pay it back.”
“Stop telling us our pets are.just animals and not our real children “fur babies.”.
“Everything is cause by global warming and only high taxes and limited freedom can save the planet.”
“Stop telling us how it was safe to walk through Portland and Seattle when there were well funded police departments and mental hospitals. The feces, needles, and violent urban campers add to the rich diversity of cities.”
“$12 coffees are not a waste of money.”.
“What do you mean work hard for a promotion and raise. I get the corner office and $300,000 a year starting salary because I volunteered for the Bernie Sanders campaign.”
I could go on....
Don’t these people ever STOP whining?
I fall into the category of, “Milennial”, and these kids are too naïve about life and reality to understand that they know nothing, least of all about personal responsibility.
What entitled little sh¡ts.
Your work is substandard.
You are fired.
Replaced by who? There’s no Replacements. Boomers are dying and retiring en masse and millions of younger people are unemployable.
Shelby Heinrich. Sniveling, complaining, narcissistic, entitled, worthless, liberal white woman. Did I miss anything? Perhaps she can give a list of her contributions to society?
Mostly leftist privileged nonsense
It just all depends. Hiring and keeping good talent is possible. I live it every day. Pay good people a lot. Allow them flexibility. And be fun. Smart and qualified People will want to work in your organization.
“Don’t these people ever STOP whining?”
Some of us never started. We were dealt a crap hand and we chose to play it well instead of folding and blaming the cards, the dealer, or the game.
And some of us won. The others hate us for it.

Or is being a customer either a right or a privilege (as opposed to an exchange of money for goods or services)?
