For me, it all started with roasting an everyday Butternut Squash. Once I learned how to 'chunk it up' and roast it on a pan sheet, there was no turning back. :)

We canned 38 quarts of butternut cubes. I plan on roasting them in the oven, dumping them in soup, making soup and so on. We shall see how they turn out.
