Fractal is a new technology stack capable of searching dirty data. It’s capable of finding fake phone numbers, transient addresses, missing street addresses, people claiming shopping centers or PO boxes as their residential address, etc..
After looking at 25 states, a team using the Fractal tech stack found that elected officials are modifying voter rolls to favor candidates. For example Fractal found that election officials during the Kari Lake election changed the zip codes of 30,000 people just before mail-in ballots went out.
They also deliberately fatten voter rolls with names and addresses that don’t match, creating thousands of fake voters that will receive mail-in ballots. In WI, they found thousands of people with the same phone number in the voter rolls.
