You posted a lot of stuff.

I merely want an answer to this:

1 Thessalonians 4:16 (KJV)

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

From WHERE?

You might as well ask, "The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again," (Luke 24:7) From WHERE? In both cases the answer is from their graves, but this does not mean their whole being was sleeping, unconscious in their body in a literal grave, or even in an incinerator, but as Abraham was, they are conscious, in Paradise, where Christ went the day of His death, (Luke 23:43) and the elders of Revelation 4:4 were/are as well as the martyred souls of Revelation 6:9,10. But with Paradise now being the 3rd heaven. (2 Co. 12:4)

And at the last trump, they have their bodies reconstituted and with their spirit rise from the dead with it, as with the Lord's resurrection, and be judged in it for the loss and gaining of rewards. (1 Co. 3:8ff)

Likewise in their sentencing the lost will be made to stand in the bodies they used to sin with. Thus at that great white throne judgment "death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works," (Revelation 20:13) with death representing the realm of their physical bodies and Hell representing the realm of their spiritual abode.

But if the dead are unconscious, and not just physically no knowing anything but spiritually, then the lost are not conscious and not in Hell now, and Luke 16:19-31 is not true as a literal account, but has Christ using science fiction for the first and only time in telling a strange parable.

I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living. (Matthew 22:32)
