You have the weight-loss arc I want to repeat: from 215 to 165. I’ve lost 20 in two months, but I appear to have stabilized at 195. I can feel the difference but I need to be more serious. I’ve cut out a lot of soda but allow myself one a day. I probably need to eliminate that, too, and plan better meals. ...And exercise!

Believe it or not, moderate exercise burns very few calories. Reducing the amount of calories you consume works best. Like filling your gas tank (stomach), it takes a few minutes to fill it, but hours to empty it.

I use to be a soda addict. I haven't had a Pepsi or a Coke in at least 10 years. The only caloric drink I now have is 6 ounces of unsweetened tea cut with 6 ounces of Low Acid Tropicana OJ. It's very refreshing.
I have one with lunch and one with dinner. That's the total of liquid calories I drink each day. 165 calories.

That's my issue.
Quit smoking about 8-9 years ago and put on a few pounds
I traded soda for zero everything fizz water or unsweetened no caffeine tea.
took table salt and sugar out of my diet.
For processed foods, I look for low sodium and\or sugars
I've added salads and fruit to my diet.(Steak & eggs guy)
Weight didn't come off quickly until I started taking Ozempic for my Type II.
went from 203 to 180. I want to get down to 165.
My sin is currently popsicles...this too shall pass.
Let's keep plugging on

I’m right with you. 213 to 193 in a couple months. Cut the pop out. I travel frequently for work and pay more attention to my meals. More salads, lots of salmon and other fish.
Only one steak. (C’mon many, it was Capitol Grill)
I’m heading out in an hour to another work trip where I’ll be eating carefully.
