Believe it or not, moderate exercise burns very few calories. Reducing the amount of calories you consume works best. Like filling your gas tank (stomach), it takes a few minutes to fill it, but hours to empty it.

My wife and I have noticed that as we get older and our metabolism slows, we need less food.

We have a radical diet plan resulting: if you’re not hungry, don’t eat just because it’s mealtime.

Yes, normally, yet see my post above. I thank God in Christ was what health I have at 71, 130lbs, without needing any medical care for 40 years, except to remove a piece of rust from an exhaust pipe (before I wore glasses) around 1990.
