Republican senators have sounded the alarm on the Biden administration's border policies after Border Patrol agents caught illegal border crossers who were carrying explosive devices that Sen. John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) said were "tailor-made for terrorism."
Mr. Barrasso, who is the Senate Republican Conference Chairman, made the startling revelation at a press conference on Oct. 31, alongside Sens. John Cornyn (R-Texas), Ted Cruz (R-Texas), and Pete Ricketts (R-Neb.), following their recent visit to the U.S.–Mexico border.

The busts have had quantities to kill millions, yet those are only the ones caught, which is probably a small percent of the amount trafficked into our nation.
I won’t educate our enemies in my thought process, however the lethality potential is astounding. It smells like a setup
Why would illegal aliens carry explosives across the border when they can more easily make them here once the arrive?
The obvious answer is that they were supposed to be caught with the explosives to make people like Mayorkas believe that they are keeping the border secure. All the while, the real explosives are being built deep inside the United States.

Same reason they make fentanyl and smuggle it into the US even though they could make it here.
Less chance of getting caught smuggling crap across the border than there is of triggering an investigation by buying raw materials here.
