Cultural, our country has shut down for the Christmas/New Year break. It is five days before Christmas.
This “window” of time is disingenuous at best.
Any other month would allow for an appeal to be assembled and brought to the Supreme Court.
If they were so sure of their reasoning, there would be no need for this time period at all.

For all those on Team America, what happened in Colorado is NOT simply more election interference, we are well past stealing or rigging elections (the left have proved they’re masters at that) … This is the communist left taking their COUP to another level. They will stop at nothing until Trump, his family, and America, as a constitutional republic, are destroyed.
What they are implementing, that started in earnest in NOV 2016, is their version of “BUILD BACK BETTER.”

write-ins in colorado have minimum specific requirements to be write-ins.
Write-in candidates are permitted in both the primary and general elections. A write-in candidate must file an affidavit of intent with the Colorado Secretary of State no later than the close of business on the 67th day before a primary election and the 110th day before a general election. No write-in vote will be counted unless the candidate filed an affidavit of intent
I think I read last night that Christie actually came out against the Colorado decision.
